This Sunday we move closer to Easter in our series "Praying the Resurrection." Do you pray up or down? Both are important. Or are you wondering what I mean by that? Ephesians 1 is an example of praying up. Praying up is that part of praying when we lift our eyes towards God and admit what we understand to be true about him. Paul prays that we would know certain things about God. We will consider three things he wants us to know: God's Intentions, God's Resources and God's Ability. Praying up is an important part of the experience of prayer. You will be encouraged as we learn to pray the resurrection.
