This Sunday Pastor Bill will share his second message in the series "When God Seems Invisible" in the book of Esther. Where we meet Esther and Mordecai, her adoptive father, we find two Jewish people who are Jews secretly. They get caught up into the moral political machine of the Persian palace. Their faith does not stand out to anyone, we may even wonder whether or not they were living their faith. In this part of the story, these little people are being positioned for a role they likely never imagined. Perhaps a role they were not even prepared to take. It seems that even in the Israelite period of God's redemption, with God's holy law, He is still dealing with people by grace and compassion rather than by religious performance.
