We read about an execution, an escape and a sudden unexpected death. It is pretty fast paced, with some interesting twists. This is what I’ve found: 1) Sometimes the wicked win and Christians lose, 2) Sometimes Christians win and the wicked lose, 3) The wicked never win against God. His truth and grace sustain and empower us.
