This Sunday will wrap up our Advance series through the book of Acts for the Summer. Acts 20 records Paul’s final words to the leaders in the church of Ephesus. It is a key passage for understanding what it means to be a Christian leader. Paul’s challenge is passionate, honest, sobering and powerful. Two emphases are clear: 1) Live What You Believe, 2) Teach What You Believe. For Christian leaders, we may not separate what we do from who we are. Those two things go together with those who follow the way of Jesus. It is a call to honesty and faith.
