This week in our Summer series, “Advancing in Adversity,” we see Paul arrested and his first attempt to defend himself. There is a great deal of confusion regarding who he is. There’s a variety of opinions when Paul attempts to explain who he is and what he is doing. He is rejected. But we also gain a window into the powerful way that God was at work in Paul’s life. Jesus gave him an entirely new identity that transformed his life and mission. Why is a Christian identity so powerful and transforming? This is what we will see.
