Annual Meeting

The Annual Business Meeting of West Congregational Church will convene in Lyons Hall at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 28, 2017, for the purpose of receiving the annual reports, electing officers for the coming year, adopting budgets for the year, and acting on any other matters which shall come before the congregation.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST– Come early and enjoy an informal continental breakfast and time for fellowship. This will be available between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
CHILDCARE – Nursery and childcare through grade 6 will be available for the Annual Business Meeting.
2016 ANNUAL REPORT – The report is available from the office in both print and electronic (pdf) versions. Please bring your copy of the Annual Report with you to the meeting.
